Zusatzkosten bei 2 Personen, Endreinigungs- und Verwaltungspauschale wie oben in der Zusammenfassung beschrieben. Optionale Kosten nach Vereinbarung: auf Wunsch z.B. für gelegentliche Grundreinigungen der Wohnung und/oder für Bettzeug, Bettwäsche, Hand-/Duschtücher usw. Kostenfrei (gegen Pfand i.H.v. 200€ und fotographisch dokumentiert) kann auf Wunsch Folgendes bereitgestellt werden: Küchentücher und diverse Küchenutensilien, Pfanne(n), Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck usw., auf Anfrage mehr noch, alles in neuem oder nahezu neuwertigem Zustand. Es kann eine zunächst feste Mietzeit (d.h. unter beidseitigem Ausschluss einer sogenannten ordentlichen Kündigung) von maximal 4 Monaten vereinbart werden. Eine stillschweigende Verlängerung um jeweils zwei weitere Monate kann gerne von Anfang an vereinbart werden. Maximale Mietzeit 1 Jahr, problemlos verlängerbar unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen. Es gilt für beide Vertragsparteien generell eine 6 bis 8 wöchige Kündigungsfrist. No desk, but flexible and attractive side table (new) and chic chair made of rattan (new, handmade). Sideboard, also intended for storage of dishes. Small kitchenette in the entrance area of the flat, very bright - with washer-dryer, refrigerator with high-quality ice compartment, almost as new 3-in-1 appliance (convection oven, grill, microwave), 2 new hotplates (induction), extractor bonnet. Kettle (new), toaster (new), small coffee maker ("french-press", new) and a minimum of household goods and "kitchenware". In the sense of the best possible room air: separate air extraction directly below the ceiling in the alcove/entrance area (effective when the window in the room is tilted). Everything necessary for dry and/or wet cleaning in between is provided - without cleaning products, but with a small assortment as a "starter set". No hoover available as not required. Easy-to-clean, smooth tiles in the bathroom and easy-to-clean, foot-warm vinyl flooring in the living room and bedroom area as well as in the kitchenette area. Use of garden by arrangement. This is my small, private garden. Currently only the area around the round stone table in the courtyard is available (see pictures). A pet would be welcome by prior arrangement.
